Terms of use

Crystal Path is made by Algolab, Tanzania. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you got it from.

Store terms

If you got Crystal Path from the App Store, your licence is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. Purchases, refunds and family sharing follow that store's rules.

Your licence

You may install and play Crystal Path for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its art, music or levels, except where the law allows it.

Achievements and leaderboards

Google Play Games and Game Center are provided by Google and Apple under their own terms. Please play fair: we may remove leaderboard scores that are obviously the result of cheating.

No warranty

We work hard to make Crystal Path reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Your saved progress lives only on your device, and we can't recover it if it is lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short: we collect no personal data.
