Frequently asked questions
Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device?
Your stars, shards and settings are saved only on the device you play on. They aren't synced between devices or to the cloud, so a new phone or tablet starts from the first sanctuary. Your device's own backup (Android backup or iCloud Backup) may restore them when you set up a new device from that backup.
How do achievements and leaderboards work?
On Android they use Google Play Games; on iPhone and iPad they use Game Center. The game signs in quietly when it starts if you're already signed in to that service; on iOS you can sign in under Settings → Game Center. Anything you earn while offline or signed out is reported the next time you're signed in. Without signing in, everything else in the game works the same.
Do achievements restore my levels?
No. Achievements and leaderboard scores live with Google or Apple, but your level progress lives only on your device.
I reinstalled the game or got a new phone. Do I pay again?
No. Crystal Path is a one-time purchase tied to your Google or Apple account. Install it again from your library in Google Play, or from Purchased in the App Store, signed in with the same account.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the stores. Request a refund through Google Play or Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I'm stuck on a level.
Spend crystal shards on an aid: a Hint shows the next crystal to turn, an Anchor locks one crystal in place, True Sight reveals the path and Dispel clears away decoys. Earn shards with stars and by tapping the shards floating around the islands.
Are there ads?
No. Crystal Path has no ads and doesn't track you.
